Quality and Freshness are a top priority for us. Currently we will only ship within the US.  For international order requests, please email or call us to look into shipping possibilities. To ensure that the product you receive is the best, we can take up to 48 hours before we ship it out.  Orders will be shipped Monday- Friday via USPS, Fedex or UPS depending on the best shipping times.  Holidays can affect shipping times with these carriers.   You will receive a confirmation via email once your order is shipped. 

We cannot offer returns on our beverages or coffee beans.  If you were not satisfied with your product, please send us an email and we would love to help make it right.
